Introduction
These Community Guidelines explain what is and is not allowed on GAGE. They are designed to protect users, ensure safety, and maintain a positive environment for workplace engagement and community interaction.
All users must follow these rules. Violations may result in content removal, account restrictions, or permanent account termination.
Age Requirement
GAGE is for users aged 16 and older. Accounts belonging to underage users will be removed.
Respectful Behavior
Users must treat others with respect. This includes:
No harassment, bullying, or intimidation.
No personal attacks or abusive behavior.
No stalking or targeted harassment.
No degrading or demeaning language.
Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited:
Pornography, explicit sexual content, or sexual services.
Sexualized content of any kind (zero tolerance).
Graphic violence or gore.
Threats of violence or encouragement of self-harm.
Hate speech of any kind.
Extremist or terrorist content.
Illegal activities, including drug sales, weapons trafficking, or fraud.
Public Posting Rules
Content posted publicly must be appropriate for a general audience and professional environments. You may not:
Post misleading or harmful information.
Share confidential employer or employee data.
Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
Share private messages or private workplace information without consent.
Video Rules
You may upload videos to GAGE, but they must not contain:
Nudity or sexually explicit material.
Minors in unsafe or compromising situations.
Violence, weapons, or hate symbols.
Copyrighted material you do not have the right to share.
Messaging Rules (1:1 and Groups)
GAGE messaging must not be used for:
Harassment, bullying, or intimidation
Sexual advances or unwanted sexual content
Spam or mass solicitation
Sharing harmful files or phishing links
Users may block others at any time.
Workplace Interactions
When using employer workspaces, you must:
Follow workplace policies.
Avoid sharing confidential employer information.
Not use GAGE to retaliate against coworkers or supervisors.
Not falsify information in evaluations or recognition posts.
Safety & Reporting
Users are encouraged to report violations using in-app tools or by emailing reportabuse@gagework.com.
GAGE may remove content or disable accounts to protect user safety or comply with law enforcement requests.
Content Moderation
GAGE uses a combination of automated detection systems and human review. Content may be removed or restricted if it:
Violates these guidelines.
Threatens public or personal safety.
Interferes with platform stability.
Violations may result in permanent account removal.
Enforcement Actions
Depending on the severity of the violation, GAGE may apply:
Warnings.
Content removal.
Account restrictions or suspension (temporary).
Feature limitations.
Permanent account bans.
Appeals
Users may request a review of enforcement actions by contacting support@gagework.com.
Not all decisions are eligible for appeal.
Updates
These Community Guidelines may change over time. We will notify users of material changes as required by law.
