Foundation
Justin's extensive experience with hourly workers highlighted the need for a tool they could truly own and use daily.
Conceptualizing
Sketches, prototypes, post-its, and lots and lots of coffee.

Solution
After exploring various concepts, Justin honed in on a suite of features and tools that would redefine hourly work. From the GAGE Score to seamless coworker communication, the new concept was primed for design and development.
Crafting
Justin collaborated with the creative team at Whiteboard to help design and develop the initial version of GAGE.

Outcome
After several months of conceptualizing, planning, and development, GAGE launched, delivering a platform crafted to empower teams, reshape cultures, and transform workforce engagement.
